On the music video,its about Nadia Nakai who is suffering from a heartbreak. There is one huge reason why it is making reference to Nadia Nakai.
Besides Nadia Nakai who is in the music video experiencing heartbreak,she has revealed why the song exists. According to timeslive: "Nadia Nakai on how heartbreak helped her create her 'masterpiece' " by Kyle Zeeman,it states that,"Rapper Nadia Nakai's heartbreak after she and Major League DJ Bandile Mbere split helped fuel the emotions that power her debut album,Nadia Naked. This is why Nadia Nakai features on the music video where she is dragging a dead body who is the person who broke her heart. This happened towards the end of the music video. The fact that she is heartbroken to the extent she killed a loved one clearly shows that melancholy is brought out.
Although the title of the song is More Drugs ,it does not really mean that she is taking drugs. There is actually a contrast to the song title. According to Kyle Zeeman on timeslive ,he states that,"Nadia speaks about love and missing someone,comparing it to an addict craving drugs". Moreover Kyle Zeeman mentions how it was a difficult time in Nadia's life,which she wanted to put in her music. As stated by Kyle Zeeman,Nadia said,"Obviously I am not a drug addict but it's going through heartache that makes you want to take something to numb the pain,because it is not subsiding or going away". Therefore the title of the song More Drugs is a metaphor to compare loving someone to craving drugs. The fact that she mentions the feeling of taking drugs to numb the pain is another evidence to show that melancholy is brought out. Moreover drugs in this case symbolises extreme sadness.
More Drugs is one of the most emotional and revealing song from the album Nadia Naked. This means that it's one of the most important songs in the album. According to zkhiphani:"Nadia Nakai Gives Unsettling Performance In New Visuals for More Drugs Ft Tshego" by Mandisa Ntsinde 17/01/2020, it has mentioned that Nadia Nakai's visuals for More Drugs are both chilling and cinematic. Moreover it says,"The music video sees Nadia Nakai in a rural and remote with striking shots. There is blood and gore and she is clearly struggling with heavy emotions as she performs the song. What is later revealed in the music video is that she is in the middle of nowhere to dispose the body of a lover who according to the lyrics has done her wrong". This is shown on the lyrics below:

From my point of view,the fact that there's visual imagery like blood and gore is another evidence that the song is melancholic . Moreover on the lyrics where it says,"I'ma roll one,I'ma smoke one" is probably making reference to the drugs she wants to use. She wants to numb the pain away hence proving that she is experiencing extreme sadness. This is why melancholy is exposed on the song More Drugs.
