Independent singer-songwriter and recording artist, Chayntelle, has returned with the release of her new single, “Blush Sky” and its videos and visual concept photos. Chayntelle returned for media on February 14th, 12:09 AM.
After a year on a working hiatus, Chayntelle has returned with a new aesthetic and a handful of creative work to anticipate her latest project, “Blush Sky”, a fresh and feminine take on her love concept, her 9th independent body of work.
Chayntelle’s latest softcore, pastel single is destined to turn heads with its unique take on sunset summer love. A song that closely defines the feelings of excitement and visual pleasure. The lyrics are carefully constructed with bedroom pop beat producer, Prod. Chibi.
For instance, in the lyrics she said:
“It's my Blush Sky /It's my Blush Sky /I wish it lasted all night /Please let it last all night”
Moreover, she said:
Verse 1:
“I wish You didn't have to leave so soon / I always loved the feeling when you walk into my room / You cause the butterflies more than you ever thought you knew”
From my point of view, I believe the song's title, “blush sky” means that whenever she is with someone special, she always blushes whenever they are around. Whenever she’s with someone special, she feels butterflies. In other words, the blushing sky defines feelings of excitement and visual pleasure. It is a love song.
I admire the concept of the song. The beat stays consistent from start to finish. Her vocals seem to have a high-pitched tone that matches perfectly with what she wants to convey feelings of excitement. However, I could not hear the lyrics. Moreover, she sounded a bit off-key along the way. Nonetheless, the track is decent. Therefore, I rate the track around 6/10.
