"I cringe when I think about the amount of time I've wasted in my life obsessing and humiliating myself on the endless quest for validation. I created 'suicide' to tell the listeners to stop caring so much about others' opinions and just do what they love", Lada Beseda explains ".
The song is about self-reflection in the sense that she is no longer seeking validation from others. Instead, she is doing what she loves (probably music) without caring about other people's opinions. The way I see it, this song is about the importance of self-love. Therefore, her message to her listeners is that they should love themselves enough to never seek validation from others. They should stay true to themselves.

Lada Beseda had lived her life obsessing and humiliating herself on the endless quest for validation. Therefore, she was committing "suicide" or self-destruction in terms of her identity.
